About Us:
At Triad Cushion, we pride ourselves on our TRIAD of Quality, Consistency and Timely Delivery. You will work in our open floor plan shop where we use premium materials and machines to make custom outdoor cushions, outdoor pillows and curtains. We welcome special projects using our embroidery machine and Gerber CNC cutting machine.
We’re looking for a unique individual who desires to work in a multi-faceted role. Applicants should be tech-savvy, creative individuals to join our small team as a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Associate. This role offers flexible hours.
Position Overview:
This role is a hybrid of sales, office and marketing responsibilities. You’ll interact with walk-in customers to help price and design custom cushions, assist in developing and managing our Shopify e-commerce platform, and create fun, engaging and informative marketing content to drive business growth and awareness. Familiarity with technology (CRM and POS) and social media are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist walk-in customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable experience.
- CRM Management: Use HighLevel CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
- E-Commerce Management: Update and manage our Shopify store, ensuring product listings, inventory, and promotions are accurate.
- Order Processing: Assist the GM in entering sales orders accurately in the NetSuite system.
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, primarily using LinkedIn..
- Social Media Marketing: Create and post compelling content across social media platforms to promote our products and brand.
- Campaign Management: Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy with experience in Highlevel (CRM) Shopify (Ecomm) and NetSuite (POS) or similar platforms.
- Energetic, creative, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
